One of the features we have at Abunga (and that almost every ecommerce site has) is the ability to track your order. I’m going to give a quick overview of those 4 steps here.
Step 1
Login with your email and password. This is located on the top right of every page. If you can’t remember what you used to create your account, check your email inbox and you will have an email from Abunga.com about your account creation.
Step 2
Click the blue “My Account” link under your name. This will take you to your My Account page, which allows you to change your non-profit (FAN), see your booklist, and see your recent orders.
Step 3
On your My Account page there is a link on the right side that says recent orders. Clicking this shows all your recent orders.
Step 4
While viewing your recent orders, scroll down to the order you’d like to take track and click the blue “track” link next to it. This will open a new browser window that will show your order with the USPS, or UPS tracking information.
That’s it! It’s super easy, start tracking your orders today!
