
I was looking up statistics on giving and came across this one…is that shocking or what? 2.5%! I guess I should be glad it isn’t less than that, but in the age of great wealth, you would think our country could get a little higher than this. When we were building our business model and decided to contribute 5% of every purchase, some thought it didn’t sound like enough, and that may be true, but it’s what we can do. It’s what we can commit to, and in light of this statistic…I guess it’s not so bad. What do you think? Is 2.5% what you thought it would be?
